SkillSouq Refund Policy

1. Introduction
SkillSouq ("we," "our," "us") is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our platform and services. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests for digital content, live services, and other offerings purchased through our platform.
2. Live Services & Sessions
For any services that involve real-time scheduling with instructors or providers (including live training, coaching, webinars, and workshops), the following rules apply:
Instructor Cancellation: If a scheduled session or service is cancelled by the provider or SkillSouq for any reason, learners are entitled to a full 100% refund automatically.
Learner Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable to compensate the provider for their reserved time.
3. Digital Content & Courses
For on-demand products (including video courses, downloadable resources, and other digital materials), we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You are eligible for a full refund if:
You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
You have consumed less than 20% of the content (where applicable).
You have not fully downloaded or exhausted the digital resource.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@skillsouq.com. Please include:
Your Full Name.
The Name of the Product, Course, or Service.
The Transaction Date or Receipt ID.
The reason for your refund request.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
